How the estimate works
The verdict compares your CPU and GPU against the game’s published minimum and recommended requirements. FPS estimates are anchored to real benchmark data for that title (cited on its own page), scaled by our GPU performance index, and capped by a CPU ceiling on games that lean CPU-heavy. Every figure is labeled Estimated — treat it as guidance, not a measured result.

How accurate is the FPS estimate?
Each game’s estimate is anchored to published benchmark data (cited on its page) and scaled by our GPU performance index, with a CPU ceiling for CPU-heavy titles. It is a labeled estimate, not a measured frame rate — real results vary with settings, drivers, and the specific scene.
What if my CPU or GPU isn’t in the list?
The selector only covers the curated, current-generation parts we have calibrated scores for — the same coverage as the Bottleneck Calculator. Pick the closest equivalent tier for a reasonable estimate, or check full compatibility for a specific part in the Builder.
Does this check full system compatibility?
No — this tool only checks CPU/GPU performance against one game. For socket, RAM, PSU, and case-clearance compatibility across an entire build, use the Builder, which runs the full compatibility engine.
